DETAILS

ReadyLIFT offers an expanded line of leveling products made to fit the Ford Super Duty trucks. Due to popular demand we developed a SST Lift Kit for the 1999-2004 Ford F-250 Super Duty 4WD trucks and 2000-2005 Ford Excursion 4WD. (Note: for use on 1999 model F-250 trucks built after 3/1/1999 - not for use on trucks built before 3/1/99). These front leaf spring trucks require an innovative approach to leveling-lifting. ReadyLIFT is proud to offer a new SST Lift Kit system that will compliment the leaf spring suspension. This system includes a "mini leaf pack" that, once installed under the factory leaf spring pack, raises the front of the F-250 4WD Super Duty trucks a total of 2.0" which is what is required to obtain a level stance. To lift the rear, our time-tested OEM-style 4.0" cast iron rear blocks with built-in pinion angle correction and bump stop landings replace the factory 2.0" block for additional lift of 2.0". This kit also includes a carrier bearing spacer which is intended for use on trucks with a two-piece drive shaft. This set up establishes a mild lift with a slight rake maintained for towing or hauling. The kit comes with new longer front and rear U-bolts and hardware as well as important pan-hard bar alignment bushings. This kit will allow for up to 35" tall tires. If you are looking for a leveling kit for your (post 3/1/99) '99-04 F-250 then look no further. This is the kit you've been searching for. Fits trucks fit with either the gas or diesel engine applications. NOTE: For trucks with a two-piece drive shaft. NOTE: The lift blocks in this kit are not designed to work with aftermarket or factory add-on air spring/load leveling kits that attach to the bump stop tangs. Use of this type of air bag system will void all block warranties and can cause failure of the block bump stop tang.

TIRE FITMENT

35" Maximum tire diameter

35x12.50 for no rub on a 9" wide wheel with 0 offset

18" - 315/70R18

20" - 295/65R20 / 325/60R20

22" - 35X12.5R22

Tire Size Note: ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are typically based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Due to product differences among tire manufacturers, tire specifications and dimensions including, but limited to, overall diameter, rolling diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, lug pattern, sidewall construction and inflation pressure, will vary meaningfully by tire and wheel manufacturer. Every tire and wheel combination should be test fit prior to installation. Consult your local installer to learn more about the right tire fitment for your application.

Ride Quality Note: When lifting a vehicle and installing aftermarket wheels and tires, a tire manufacturer's construction and material quality can alter vehicle ride quality. When increasing a vehicle wheel and tire size, most larger aftermarket truck and SUV tires are 10-ply (or more) E tires compared to typical OEM 6-ply C tires. This more rigid sidewall construction increases the perception of suspension stiffness often described as ride harshness. The ride, handling, traction, noise, fuel economy, and wear differences between All-Season, All-Terrain, Mud-Terrain, or Trail-Terrain type tires can be significant. Please take into account tire and wheel choice will generally have a meaningful impact on the ride & handling experience.
